As a provider of Non-Medical Transportation (NMT) coordination, we operate in strict accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and California state privacy laws.

2. Information We Collect

To coordinate your transportation, we collect minimal necessary information, including: Name, contact information, and pick-up/drop-off addresses. Appointment dates and times. Mobility needs (e.g., ambulatory) to ensure appropriate vehicle dispatch.

3. How We Use and Share Information

We use your information solely to arrange and monitor your medical trips. TNC Coordination: We share your name and location with our Transportation Network Company (TNC) partners (e.g., Uber or Lyft) only at the time of dispatch to facilitate your ride. Health Plan Reporting: We share trip data with Medi-Cal health plans (such as CenCal Health) for billing and quality assurance purposes. No Sale of Data: We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Security & HIPAA Compliance

We utilize encrypted, HIPAA-compliant platforms to store and transmit member data. Access to your information is restricted to authorized personnel who require it to perform their coordination duties.

5. Your Rights

Under HIPAA and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to request access to the information we maintain about you or request corrections to your records.
